‚ÄčTo provide an enjoyable youth soccer experience where MSC values, player development and social progression can be achieved in a safe, positive and fun environment within Manchester.

    •    Allow children to play for enjoyment.

    •    Socially develop our Recreation players through the game of soccer by playing with school and community players.

    •    Learn the game of soccer and develop technically and tactically in the process.

    •    Provide a low pressure competitive environment where winning isn’t absolute.

 

This program runs 6-8 weeks with 1-2 practices per week depending on division, with games on the weekends during the fall and spring seasons. One practice will be led by our paid trainer and a second can be led by our coach volunteer. Some age groups may compete against other towns recreation teams in their age group and gender.

 

Instructional - U8: This program is for U8 players in separate gender divisions to allow children to play for enjoyment and socially develop our players. The program runs 1 weekly weeknight practice led by our professional club trainer and 1 game on the weekend. This program needs parent volunteer to support the practices and run the games. The program fee includes 6-8 weekly soccer training sessions and a shirt.

 

Strikers - U10: This program is for U10 players in separate gender divisions, which puts emphasis for players to grow a love of the game and develop basic technical competencies. The program runs 1 weekly weeknight practice led by our professional club trainer and 1 game on the weekend. This program needs parent volunteer to support the practices and run the games. The program fee includes 6-8 weekly soccer training sessions and a shirt.
